PLEASE READ: All Custom Etched Glassware have a 2-3 week handling time before shipment. Each Glass is custom made to order, keep that in mind when ordering.
PLEASE READ: All shirts have a 5-10 business day handling time before shipment. All of our great shirts come direct from the manufacturer and are printed to order.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. Any refunds will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of FanboyTshirts.com. Refunds are dependent on the condition of the item being returned. If the item is found not to be in resalable, your refund will be denied.
Cancelling Orders:
You can cancel an online order within a twenty four hour period of when you submitted your order. Cancellations must be emailed to sales@fanboytshirts.com only and must include your name, order number, and the date you order your item.
When canceling your order please specify if you would like to:
A. Receive a full refund in store credit.
B. Be issued a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
FAQ
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be sent out?
A: All t-shirt orders require a 5 to 10 business day lead time before shipping. All Items are printed to order.
